The missing pieces for Samsung are lack of their own OS. As long as they are crippled by Android and Microsoft they will never achieve platform independence. Also, they need to knock the Apple chip off their shoulder and stop making blatant copies of Apple products…their new ear buds are near clones of Air Pods.
