I am working with my sales director and IT team now on some AI agents that can make our sales team more productive using call transcription and entering data into our CRM automatically. I am also considering trying out the ChatGPT Pro subscription so I can experiment with Operator.

You are right that the missing part is standards to make it more widely applicable but companies like SalesForce are building AI agents into their products.

Cross-platform or platform agnostic agents are still a ways off....IMHO.
