Ha - a new acronym ADHD EDC. I’ve found that over time, and with age, my ADHD has gotten a lot milder. The one thing that has helped me the most is routine - put the keys and wallet in the same place, etc. I also travel…a lot! I have redundant EVERYTHING! I keep chargers / cables etc in my luggage, backpack etc so I never need to worry about forgetting something. (I still worry….) And as you point out in your excellent article you need to “have everything in its place and a place for everything”!.
